Your organization profile (mission, programs, financials, EIN) to power matching and drafting.

Documents you upload (past proposals, Form 990s, annual reports) — org-private, used only to ground your drafts.

Billing details processed by Stripe to manage your subscription.

AI usage metadata (tokens, timestamps) to enforce limits and bill fairly.

Support messages you send us to resolve your request.

We use your information to provide and improve the service, process payments, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on trusted third parties to run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and cloud hosting/infrastructure. They process data only on our instructions.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. We apply encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging.
